GV II

House. Circa mid C19, extended to rear in late C19 or early C20. Painted stone
rubble, partly slate hung on side elevations with rag slates; extended to rear in
late C19 or early C20 with painted brick. Slate roof with hipped ends. Brick front
end stack and brick axial stack towards rear.
Plan: Single depth 2-room and lobby entrance plan extended to rear in the late C19
or early C20 with a 1-room plan wing.
Exterior: 2-storeys. Ground rises to right. Central entrance to Barry Lane with
pointed 2-centred arch and steps up to the C19 door which has blind intersecting
tracery. C19 casements on ground and first floor of right hand side elevation and 2
C19 casements on ground and first floor of left hand side elevation.
Interior: Not inspected.
