Mid C19 terrace. Each house three storeys and sunk basement, two windows. Multicoloured stock brick. Stucco frieze, cornice and parapet. Slightly projecting bays at flanks and centre. First floor stuccoed cill band, stuccoed basement. Gauged, flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor windows in rectangular recesses. Gauged round brick arches to doors and to recesses holding doors. Six-panel doors with cornice head and plain fanlight. Nos 15 and 16 have blocked fanlights. No 17 has entrance on Royal Hill return. Cast iron spearhead area railings.

Nos 11 to 17 (consec) form a group.
