Early C9 pair, each 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Low pitched, hipped slate
roof with eaves soffit. Centre 2-bay section, of yellow stock brick, projects
slightly and is defined by stuccoed pilasters at sides and centre. These support
edliptical stucco arch in 2 planes under eaves cornice which continues around
stuccoed, 1-windowside bays. Stuccoed basement plinth. Plain reveals to 1st
floor recessed sash windows with lost bars. Ground floor long casements, in
wood-lined reveals, with moulded architraves and modified entablature surrounds.
These open to cast iron balconies. Steps with cast iron handrail to doors with
wide, wood jambs, cornice heads and elliptical fanlights. No 118 has 6-panel
door and patterned fanlight. No 120 has modernised door and plain fanlight.
2-storey and basement, 1-window riglt extension with garage in basement.
