ST 4O SW BURSTOCK HURSEY

4/84 Hurshay Farmhouse

GV II

Detached Farmhouse. c.Cl8. Rubble stone walls, with a projecting
plinth at left hand. Slate roof with stone gable-copings. Brick stacks
at left and right hard gables, right renewed. 2 storeys. 3 windows,
renewed 2- and 3-light wooden casements with glazing-bars. Wooden cills.
Brick segmental and concrete lintels. Front door at centre, stable-
door type. Left hand range: 2 storeys, slightly lower. c 3 windows of
the same type. Interior: plank-and-muntin oak screen. Oak fireplace,
sealed, wooden lintel with run-out stops.
