Gazebo and flanking walls. Late C18. Limestone ashlar with Welsh slate
roof. Two storeys. North wall, facing road, has a central blocked doorway
with ogee-headed plain stone surround. To each side there is a blind
chamfered lancet window. On the first floor are two windows of two pointed
lights separated by a flat-faced mullion. They have metal casements with
glazing bars which branch to form Y-tracery. Above are two bands and a
shaped gable with a blind quatrefoil and a chimney with cornice. At the
right a rubble wall with coping links the gazebo to Russell House (qv) and
contains a doorway with a small lancet opening to the right. At the left
is a wall of squared limestone with coping, containing a quatrefoil opening
and curved back at the left. At the rear of the gazebo are external stone
steps to a first floor doorway under a metal canopy.
