8/190 Whetley Farmhouse

II

Detached Farmhouse. Later C18, with much C19 refenestration. Rubble-
stone walls. Corrugated asbestos roof with gable-ends. C20 brick
stacks at right hand gable, and right hand ridge. 2 storeys. 4
windows, 3-light wooden casements with glazing-bars. Wooden cills
and lintels. C19. Straight joint in the masonry on the line of
left jamb of door. Front door, plain, C20. Right hand C19 extension,
lower, with slate roof of lower pitch. 2 storeys, one window wide,
with a plank door at right hand.
