House, now ground floor shop with offices above, (upper rooms
of No.20 (qv), now take access from No.18). C18, with C19
front, reconstructed internally in 1972. Red brick front, with
yellow brick quoins, and moulded red brick dentil cornice,
Welsh slated roof with red ridge tiles behind parapet. 4 plain
glazed sash windows, in reveals under red rubbed arches on
first floor, 4 sash windows with glazing bars on second floor.
Ground floor shopfront contained by brick pilasters at either
side surmounted by coarsely detailed Tuscan capitals, and bold
overhanging paired consoles, with frieze and pediments. C19
shopfront with stucco stallriser, plate glass windows in
moulded timber frames, and twin cast-iron columns, with
simplified Corinthian capitals, either side of canted recessed
entrance, with glazed door. Fascia above with modern timber
boarding and recessed void for former blind box. Modern single
storey extension, with pantiled roof, at rear.
