GV II

House. Early C19. Render with a rendered stack and a slate
hipped roof. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian style. 2
storeys; 2-window range. Ground-floor semicircular-arched
recesses contain sashes, and similar left gable end.
Full-height quarter-section winder stair bay to right-hand end
adjoining chapel (qv), has a C17 frame with stopped jamb
mouldings, which may have come from the original Meeting House
(qv), a panelled door with lattice-work spandrels, open porch
and a sash with interlacing head above; first-floor 6/6-pane
sashes. Overhanging boxed eaves. INTERIOR not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached wall has coped piers and early
C19 wrought-iron double gates.
