House. c1836. Roughcast render with Welsh slate roof. 2
storeys, 3-window range double-pile plan with central
entrance. Hipped roof over porch and 4-pane sash windows
throughout with thin hood-moulds. Angle quoins, gable and
axial stacks. Elevation to Esplanade has shallow central gable
with canted oriel bay to first floor. The house forms part of
the original development of Rock Park, laid out by J.Bennison
in 1836.
