Small house, probably C18. Painted stone rubble and cob with water reed thatched roof
and brick chimneys over gable ends. 2 room plan. 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3
window south front. Top glazed 4-panel central door. Glazed C20 porch with hipped
slate roof. 12-pane, 2-light C20 casements to ground floor and over porch. Old 12-
pane, 2-light casements to first floor left and right. Wooden lintels. Small C20
extension to rear. Interior not inspected.
