BEAMINSTER HOGSHILL STREET, ST 4701/4801 (NORTH SIDE) 7/86 Nos 34, 36 and 38 (London House and Lawrence Estate Agents) GV II

House and attached premises of Estate Agents. c.1870. Ashlar stone walls with stone plat-band and false machicolated parapet. 2 stone stacks at left and right hand gables, with machicoulis-style cornices. 2 storeys and attics. 3 windows, segmental headed with stone cills. Tripartite sashes. One dormer window with metal casements and a hipped slate roof. Estate Agent's shop front at left hand, large wooden-framed panels with round heads and crockett capitals. Wooden cornice with incorporated blind. Door of no 34, at centre, wooden panels with 3 lights. Segmental-headed fanlight over.
