Mis C19 (between 1837 and 1849) villa with modern extensions at rear for clinic.
Three storeys. Double fronted with 3 windows; central windows over entrance
blocked. Hipped slate roof. Stuccoed brick. Recessed sash windows with glazing
bars; ground and 1st floor windows with sidelights. Portico with pilasters
carrying entablature.
