Two houses of separate build, now in single occupation. Formerly a farmhouse.
East range C18 cottage, altered. One-and-a-half storeys, with gabled wing and
outshut at rear. Renewed tile roof. Originally timber framed (traces in gable
at rear). Refronted in brick with dentil eaves cornice. Modern fenestration with casements and leaded lights. Two hipped formers. Interior with old ceiling beams. West range Early-mid C18 house. Double pile plan. Two storeys and dormers. Three windows. Hipped tile roof. Brick, with stuccoed front with dentil cornice and plain band at 1st floor level. Two hipped casement dormers. Architraved sash windows with glazing bars. Late C19 gabled porch. Interior with contemporary staircase. Behind, and forming part of this property, is a threshing barn which has been converted into a residence. (No 2 Stroud Green).
