C1830-40, a group of 3 small stucco villas, originally identical with symmetrical
3 bay fronts, blind above doorways to centre. Plinth, quoin pilasters. Low
gable end slate roofs with flat eaves; brick chimney stacks with ornamental pots.
Ground floors channelled up to first floor sill bands. First floor windows set
in shallow flat arched panels, those on ground floor in segmental arched panels
with radiating channelled voissoirs. Revealed glazing bar sashes (renewed
modern to No 17). No 19 has left hand ground floor window replaced by C1870
rectangular bay with tripartite sash and bracketed cornice. Doorways have broad
stucco frames studded with rosettes (the latter stripped on No 19) and shallow
cornices. Modern doors to Nos 17 and 19 but No 18 retains original panelled
door; rectangular fanlights linked oval glazing pattern.
