Cottage: early C18 with early C19 additions. English garden wall
bond red brick on ashlar plinth, Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone
ridge and 1 gable brick chimney. 1-storey (and attic), 3-bay front.
End bays have 2-light iron casements with lattice leaded glazing under
flat brick heads. Central gabled porch has segmental headed entrance
in left side and a 4-board front door behind.
Interior 3-room plan downstairs with chamfered ceiling beams with some
3-board doors.
