House. Circa mid C18. Rendered and painted slate stone rubble. Rag slate roof with
gable ends. Stone rubble stack on left hand gable end and rendered brick stack on
right hand gable end.
Double depth plan; central entrance, probably with stair to rear of central passage.
2 reception rooms probably of equal size on front and 2 smaller service rooms to
rear. Circa early C19 2-storey extension of 1-room plan added on left hand gable
end.
2 storeys 1:2 window front. The symmetrical 2 window front of the original house has
a central circa mid C19 timber porch with thin columns on square bases, flanking
walls possibly inserted and flat roof with moulded cornice. 2 early C19 16-pane
hornless sashes on ground floor and two 12 over 8 pane early C19 hornless sashes in
half gabled dormers above. C19 fenestration in C19 extension to left with small
window on ground floor and 1-light casement above.
Interior not inspected.
