House. Circa early C18, extended in circa late C18 or early C19. Slate stone rubble
with some machine-cut slate stone on front left. Slate roof with gable ends and
stone rubble end stacks, the left hand stack with cloam oven projection and with
shaft removed.
Original plan uncertain although the house appears to have originally been probably
of 1 room plan with a straight joint near the centre on front and rear elevations.
Extended in circa late C18 or early C19 to form a 2-room plan with entrance on far
right of front. Both rooms were heated by gable end stacks with cloam oven
projection to left hand stack.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front with dressed stone arches to openings.
Entrance to right; straight joint near centre and wall rebuilt with machine-cut slate
stones to left. C20 casement and C19 2-light casement on ground floor with 4-pane
sash in half dormer with raking roof and C19 2-light casement on first floor.
Interior not inspected.
Unaltered front and rear elevations. Forms group with Tredavid (qv).
