1783 (datestone on south elevation). Barn early C19. House with barn at 90°.
Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Pitched stone slate roof. Coped gables on carved
footstones. Two stacks with water tabling. Two storeys.' House: South elevation:
Ground floor: one 4-light stone mullioned window; one 7-light stone mullioned
window (4 mullions removed). First floor: three 3-light stone mullioned windows
(mullions removed); one 2-light stone mullioned window (mullions removed). North
elevation: Ground floor: former small doorway (blocked); one 6-light stone
mullioned window (blocked). Lean-to extension has catslide stone slate roof.
Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. First floor: one 2-light stone mullioned window
(at high level); one 6-light stone mullioned window (blocked). East gable:
3-light stone mullioned window (1 mullion removed). West gable: 3-light stone
mullioned window (blocked); 2-light stone mullioned window (blocked) (stone water
waste below). Barn - at 90° to house: pitched stone slate roof. Coped gable.
East elevation: large doorway with semicircular arched head, stone surrounds and
tie-stones. Small semicircular light at high level, also small doorway with
stone surround and tie-stones. North elevation: outbuilding to barn, former
entrance with stone surround and tie-stones (part blocked).
