Long range of mid C19 pairs, each 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Yellow stock
brick with stucco frieze, cornice and blocking course. Moulded architraves with
cornices to 1st floor sash windows with margin lights. Flat stucco surrounds with
frieze panels, console bracketed cornices and segmental pediments, to ground floor
sash windows with margin lights. These also have projecting cills with ornamental
cast iron guards. 7 steps, with side walls, to door of 2 long panels with rectangular
fanlight in entablature surround. On 1st floor between Nos 286 and 288 a plaque:
"MEDINA VILLAS."

Nos 270 to 300 (even) form a group.
