Detached house. Early C19. Ham stone ashlar; hipped Welsh slate roof with wide eaves overhang; stone chimney stacks.
Two storeys, 2 x 2 bays with a 3-bay extension on the east side. South elevation has blind panels to bay 1, and a
16-pane sash window upper bay 2; below, a pair of margined glazed doors under matching fanlights set in plain recess:
the extension has 16-pane sash windows above and margined French windows below. West elevation matches this extension.
