GV II

House. Late C17 with later alterations. Squared, coursed ironstone. Raised,
steeply pitched pantile roof. 2 renewed brick ridge stacks. 3-unit plan. 2
storeys. 3-window range. Entrance to left has plank door with wood lintel.
Entrance is flanked by 3-light metal casement in wood frames. Chamfered wood
lintels. Blocked window and a 2-light casement to right with wood lintel. First
floor has three 2-light metal casement windows in wood frame. Wood lintels. Lead
cames, wrought-iron casement fasteners and springs. 3 iron tie-beams. Interior
not inspected. Included for group value.
