Early C19. Narrow coursed hammer dressed stone with quoins. Pitched stone
slate roof. 2 storeys (3 to rear). South east elevation: ground floor; one
doorway with stone surround and tie-stones. One 4-light stone mullioned window
(recessed). First floor; one 5-light mullioned window (recessed). North
west elevation: ground floor; one central doorway with stone surrounds. First
floor; one 3-light stone mullioned window (blocked up with coursed wallstone).
Second floor; one 3-light stone mullioned window. Single storey extension
(stone) with asbestos roof. Included for group value.
