Cottage and attached barn 5 metres to east of Wood End

Cottage and attached barn (now used as garage). Probably late C17 or early C18. Thin coursed rubble, quoins, stone slate roof. L-shaped. One and a half storey cottage has chamfered mullioned window of two-lights to left of doorway with composite jambs, straight lintel with chamfered surround. Right hand return wall has three-light window with same over to apex of gable which has kneelers but lacks copings.

Rear has two-light window to cellar, three-light window with same over under eaves to attic. Barn at right angles, has cart entry with monolithic lintel and composite jambs round mistal doorway to left. Rear has mistal doorway with quoined lintel at lower level, cart entry with wooden lintel to left of inserted garage door.
