Circa 1840 stucco villa in Italianate style, of 2-storeys, 1.1 windows. The east
side is forward but a 3-storey tower is set back further to the east, containing
entrance. Two gables to the front, the tower having a pyramid roof mainly hidden by
elaborate chimneys, with open archway separating the flues. Slate roof; sash windows
but with a later ground floor bay to east. Arched doorway at base of tower, with
canopy on thin column.
