Early-mid C18 with alterations. 3 storeys, 3 windows. Brown brick with red brick
dressings and stone-coped parapet. High pitched roof with renewed pantiles. Red
brick gauged window arches, jambs and vertical bands partly concealed by C19 stucco
architraves or pilasters and console bracketed cornices. Ground floor canted bay
helps to support full width cast iron balcony. Half glazed door with rectangular
fanlight in doorcase with panelled pilasters, triglyph frieze and cornice hood.

Nos 235, 237, 239 & 243 form a group with Nos 247 & 249 which are of local interest.
