Terraced town house. Early C18, c.1717-20, completely rebuilt with careful facsimile facade and return bay to Maddox Street. Red brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Three storeys, basement and dormered attic. Four windows wide. Rusticated stone quoin piers. Camber arched openings to all floors with plain stone surrounds vertically linked by rusticated aprons. Main doorcase, right of centre, with rusticated surround and bold cyma recta cornice. Dentil cornice above second floor. One window return in matching style to Maddox Street.

The original house formed part of Lord Scarborough's development of Hanover Square introducing a German-Hanoverian facade type and Baroque plan. Included as facsimile pair with original No 13.
