Terrace town house c.1717-20. Brown brick and stone with slate roof. Four storeys, basement and dormered attic. Flanking stone quoin channelled piers. Three windows wide. Windows camber headed sashes in plain stone surrounds, vertically linked by raised panel aprons. Central stone doorcase with carved consoles and cornice. Coved cyma cornice to third floor; festoon panels above third floor windows and cornice below altered parapet. C18 area railings.

Part of Lord Scarborough's development of Hanover Square introducing a German-Hanoverian facade type and Baroque plan to the scheme's layout.

Interior altered mid C19 and later C20.
