Estate cottage Late C19. After the style of George Devey. Flint with
brick dressing and plain tiled roof. E-shaped plan. One storey and attic
with stacks to centre right and clustered to centre and with 1 gabled dormer,
and 1 oriel window in gable end. Three wooden casements on ground floor.
Entry by boarded door in rustic porch in re-entrant and by panelled door in
left return, crowned with terracotta plaque incorporating Northbourne crest
and date 1901. Included for group value.
