Estate cottage. Late C19. George Devey. Flint, rubble stone and brown
brick, with rendered and tile hung upper storey and plain tiled roof. One
storey and attic, with moulded bresummer to continuous jetty, and projecting
gabled wing to left, with jettied gable, and 2 storey canted bay at left
rising through to gable. Large stack with moulded flues at end left:.
Coved eaves to right, with door in arch surround on imposts at right,
and mullioned windows in gable to left.
