Church of All Hallows

A Grade II Listed Building in Seaton, Rutland

Church of All Hallows, Seaton

Uploader's Comments

South aisle Lady Chapel with two medieval tomb recesses, which cut into the C15 window openings. Quintefoil headed piscina. Next to it, an aumbry rather than a plainer kind of piscina. Perhaps for storing jars of holy water. Behind the lectern is a tall niche in the south arcade east respond. Possibly one more cupboard for the church. (Photo Sept 2007).
