House. Circa 1830. Coursed dressed limestone rubble with ashlar dressings.
Collyweston stone slated roof; brick stack to left hand. Two storeys.
Openings with flat stone arches with flush keystones; doorway to right hand
with six-flush-panelled door, one ground floor sixteen-paned hung sash window
recessed for shutters and one similar first floor window both with stone
cills.
