House. Circa 1830. Dressed limestone with ashlar and freestone dressings.
Collyweston stone slated roof, stack to rear. Two storeys with elliptical
archway to right hand with two boarded doors. Door and window openings with
flat stone arches and flush key stones; four-flush-panelled door and
rectangular fanlight with two ground floor sixteen-paned hung sash windows
recessed for shutters and two similar first floor windows.
