Row of three houses. Circa 1830. Dressed coursed limestone and ashlar and
freestone dressings. Welsh slated roofs, two brick end stacks and two ridge
stacks. Two storeys, cellar to No. 40. Flat stone arches with flush key
stones to all openings. Two replacement doors and one four-flush-panelled
door (No. 40) all with rectangular fanlights. Three ground floor
sixteen-paned hung sash windows recessed for shutters and three similar first
floor windows.
