Circa 1830/40. Three storeys cement rendered, no cornice but parapet with
coping concealing roof. One window, recessed sash, glazing bars intact
on second floor. First floor canted bay of three lights sash later
glazing bars, Tuscan pilasters, stepped frieze and moulded cornice,
boarded apron. Remains of mid C19 shop front with fluted pilasters,
modernised.
Nos 44 to 53 (consec) form a group.
