Circa 1830/40. Three storeys painted brick. Low pitch half hipped slate roof,
eaves cornice. Two windows, second floor recessed, sash, glazing bars
intact, block sills. First floor: one window as above and canted bay to
right of three lights, sash, later glazing bars, plain strips, frieze
and moulded cornice. Ground floor recessed blocked window to left. Plain
mid C19 shop front windows of three lights, recessed glazed door, flanking
pilasters, fascia board, blind case inserted in cornice.

Nos 44 to 53 (consec) form a group.
