House, early to mid-C19.
MATERIALS: coursed, squared rubble. Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: of three bays and two storeys beneath a hipped roof with east and west eaves stacks, this building extended to the left (east) with a tall single storey, single bay under a catslide roof. The main part of the elevation is symmetrical, the central front door being of four panels with a finely dressed, stepped, five-part, keystoned lintel. Window openings have slightly cambered arches of graded stones and have eight-over-eight sashes, those to the first floor being slightly shorter than those to the ground floor. The extension has a single ground floor window that is in the same style as the others to the ground floor. The chimneys are double flued, that to the east being stone, that to the west being brick, rising up the gable of the taller neighbouring building.
