Detached farmhouse. C17. Ham stone near-ashlar; Welsh slate roof between high coped gables suggesting former thatch,
undulating; stone slab chimney stacks. T-plan; 2 storeys with attics, 5 bays. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows in
wave-mould recesses, 3-light bays 1, 2 and 3 and 2-light bays 4 and 5, all with labels at both levels, the windows to
bays 4 and 5 sharing labels: to lower bay 2 a cambered-arched doorway set in wave mould rectangular surround, under
deep lintol with separate label, boarded door of later pattern. In south gable a pair of 2-light plain
chamfer-mullioned windows to ground floor, and a 2-light hollow-chamfered mullioned window to attic without label,
similar early windows without labels all 2-light, in north gable. To rear a mid C18 extension with 2-light
beaded-mullioned windows, some with original rectangular leaded panes. Interior not seen.
