Seal-detached cottage, Probably early C19 reshaping of C17 work. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; plain
clay tiled roof with coped west gable; brick chimney stack. Two storeys, 2 bays. Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows in
chamfered recesses, 2-light above and 3 and 4-light below, the lower with labels; left of bay 1 a boarded door in heavy
frame with 4 steps up, under C20 plain timber hood on wrot-iron brackets. C20 window in west gable, small extension to
rear. Interior not seen.
