Stained glass in apsaidal south chapel east window. The outer panes have angel holding banners with -Follow Christ, Godliness, Righteousness, Faith Love and Patience- The inner three are Moses with tables in the cinch of his robe -The just shall live by faith- (Hebrews 10.38)(a call to persevere). Jacob with child and two doves ready to sacrifice -God is our hope and strength- (Psalm 46). Dorcas gives clothing to a crippled beggar (the poor) -Bear ye one anothers burdens- (Galateans 6.2)(and so fulfil the law of Christ). On the bottom row are two flanking shields with AS for Arthur Strutt b 3rd Mar 1822 d 6th Mar 1877. Three ladies, Faith with cross, Hope with anchor and Love with heart. (Photo May 2008).
