Late C18 to C19. 2 parallel ranges, rear one slightly lower and with slate roof. Front to The Street of 2 Storeys, 2 window bays. Modern tile roof; central stack. Dentil eaves cornice; painted brick front. Modern wooden 2-light case,ents with small panes. lower ones with segmental heads. Graded II for group value with THe BEar and Ragged Staff Inn only.

All the listed buildings on the North West Side from The Bear and Ragged Staff Inn to No 70 [with Nos 52 to 58(even)] form a group.
