House, now shop. Early C19, altered late C19. Rendered
limestone rubble with brick gable stacks and hipped pantile
roof. Single-depth plan. 2 storeys; corner site with
half-glazed door in splayed right-hand corner to 1+2-window
range. Corner site with a splayed right-hand corner,
half-glazed door; late C19 plate-glass shop fronts with
entablatures each side, and 6/6-pane sashes including 2 to the
right-hand return and one to the ground floor beneath.
Right-hand door on return has a fanlight and 6-panel door.
INTERIOR: altered late C20. Connected internally to No.1
Market Hill (qv) to the right.
