GV II

House, now offices. c1840, with later C19 alterations. Brick
with ashlar and stucco dressings and hipped slate roof with 2
brick ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor band, deep modillion
wooden eaves. Recessed centre flanked by single shallow
projecting bays each with a window on each floor. 2 storeys; 3
window range of plain sashes with brick flat arches. Central
doorcase with Doric columns and cornice, with 4 panel door and
overlight. On each side, a plain sash.
