(Formerly listed as Cottage to S. of Former Turvey Institute)

House. Mid-C19 contemporary with front blocks of Institute. Coursed limestone rubble. Fishscale tile roof with stone gable coping, moulded finials and kneelers. Two bay plan. One storey and attics. Central tripartite ridge chimney stack of roughly ashlared stone. North elevation has doorway slightly to East of chimney stack. West side two-light casement window with stone mullion. Lean-to to rear elevation.
