Farmhouse, now house. Early C17. Timber framed. Ground floor red and grey
brick in Flemish bond with exposed principal posts. First floor and
whole of right gable end weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. 3 timber-
framed bays. 2 storeys. Gable end jetty to right. Brick gable end
stack to left. Broad projecting rear stack to right end bay, of red
brick in English bond on chamfered brick plinth with narrow flanking
integral 2-storey brick closets, projecting slightly further than
stack, each with corbelled moulded brick gable. Corbelled moulded
brick top to stack. Small rectangular brick light to first floor of
right closet. Irregular fenestration of 3 casements, all towards centre
and left end; one 2-light and two single-light. One 4-light leaded
ground-floor casement to right. Half-glazed door to left of centre.
Interior: exposed framing. Chamfer-stopped beams, gunstock-jowled posts.
