House. C17, with C19 additions, restored in C19 or early C20. Timber
framed, with plaster infilling. Plain tile roof. Lobby entry plan
of 2 timber-framed bays and narrow central stack bay. East elevation:
2 storeys and garret on stone plinth. Close-studded. Gable end jetty
to right on shaped brackets, with applied moulded fascia. Possibly
underbuilt jetty to left gable end. Gables jettied on protruding
wall-plates, with shaped brackets. Moulded fillet to right gable and
collar. Moulded bargeboards and pendants. Central brick ridge stack.
Irregular fenestration of 3 leaded mullioned casements; two 3-light and
central 4-light. Restored 10-light ovolo-moulded mullioned and
transomed ground-floor bay window to right gable end. Ovolo-moulded
mullion frieze-windows to first floor of left gable end. Small gable
over central window. Ribbed door in moulded rectangular architrave
under stack. C19 additions to rear and to right.
