Cottage with attached stabling, the stabling converted to garages. Probably
early C19 or earlier. Flemish bond brick to the ground floor, first floor
tile-hung; peg-tile roof; brick stack.

Plan: 2 room plan single depth cottage sited to the rear (west) and left
(south) of Hatherliegh, with an entrance on the east side. On the west side
garages, formerly loose boxes, are in an outshut. Roof half-hipped at ends,
right end stack.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front with a C20 plank door to
the right. 2 first floor 2-light casements with diamond leaded panes
including old glass. A small outshut on the right return is weatherboarded
above brick.

Inteior: Not inspected.
