Small house. Probably C18. Brick to the ground floor painted white on the
front elevation, first floor tile-hung; peg-tile roof; end stacks.

Plan: East facing, overlooking Matfield Green. 2-cell plan to the main
block, the left hand (south) room slightly larger, with a rear (west) outshut.

Exterior: 2 storeys. Slightly asymmetrical 2-window front with a C20 gabled
porch to right of centre and a C20 glazed front door. 2 first and 2 ground
floor tripartite sashes,probably late C19.

Interior: Not inspeccted.
