Part of same premises as No 31 Maryport Street qv on corner site with The
Brittox qv. Circa 1840. 3 storeys painted brick. Low pitch hipped slate
roof with shallow eaves band. 2 windows to Maryport Street, 3 in slightly
canted bayed corner and 1 to The Brittox. All recessed, sash, no glazing
bars, flat brick arches. Block sills to 2nd floor, sill course to 1st floor.
Ground floor mid C19 shop front with Doric pilasters, fascia board and moulded
cornice. 2 light window to Maryport Street and single light window to The
Brittox. Entrance in centre bay of canted corner with 2 free standing cast
iron composite columns. Door set back between splayed windows.

Nos 25 to 33 (consec) form a group.
