Early C19. 2 storeys attic and basement. Bath stone on projecting plinth.
lst floor sill course, moulded cornice and parapet with coping. Mansard slate
roof. 3 dormers. 3 windows lst floor, recessed sashes, glazing bars intact.
On ground floor segmental arched yard entry to left hand. Canted bay window
with hipped lead roof to left of centre and one window to right hand of centre
in wide rectangular recess with recessed apron. 2 recessed doors, the left
hand of 6 fielded panels, the right hand of 4 flush panels.
Nos 71 to 99 (odd), The Volunteers Arms and Nos 103 to 113 (odd) form a group.
