Late C18. 3 storeys stucco faced. Shallow moulded string below parapet with
heavier moulded coping. 2 widely spaced windows on 2nd floor, 2 similar outer
ones on 1st floor and central large full length one in centre, sashes, glazing
bars intact, flush architrave surrounds, thin block sills. The house is set
back from No 2 Wine Street gv but the shop front is brought forward level
with it to right. Mid Cl9 frame with panelled pilasters, deep fascia and
cornice.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) form a group.
